Gedan (#3 Kicks)
The following techniques are blocks and counters for gedan strikes or strikes to the groin.
1. Step back, block with closed, crossed hands, move kick aside with left hand, kick with right foot and punch to face.
2. Block with right hand (palm heel) open across groin and cross legs, kick with right foot and back hand right, punch left.
3. Block with left hand open across groin, kick with left foot and punch face with right hand
4. Kusanku Dai block with right hand high and cross legs, kick with right foot, punch left hand #2.
5. Jump right nagadachi to 45, kick to groin with left.
6. Step back, Seisan block and catch kick, twist foot to left, kick with right foot, punch left to heart.
7. Block with right knee, kick with same foot
8. Seisan block, catch kick, grab, pull to left up 45 throw, kick with right foot
9. Seisan block, grab, pull left, take extra step back, kick with left foot.
