Gedan (#3 Kicks) |
| The following techniques are blocks and counters for gedan strikes or strikes to the groin. |
| 1. Step back, block with closed, crossed hands, move kick aside with left hand, kick with right foot and punch to face. |
| 2. Block with right hand (palm heel) open across groin and cross legs, kick with right foot and back hand right, punch left. |
| 3. Block with left hand open across groin, kick with left foot and punch face with right hand |
| 4. Kusanku Dai block with right hand high and cross legs, kick with right foot, punch left hand #2. |
| 5. Jump right nagadachi to 45, kick to groin with left. |
| 6. Step back, Seisan block and catch kick, twist foot to left, kick with right foot, punch left to heart. |
| 7. Block with right knee, kick with same foot |
| 8. Seisan block, catch kick, grab, pull to left up 45 throw, kick with right foot |
| 9. Seisan block, grab, pull left, take extra step back, kick with left foot. |
