Chudan (#2 Punch)
The following techniques are blocks and counters for chudan strikes or strikes to the chest.
1. Step back cat, (left foot forward) hit with knuckles to punch.
2. Step back, catch punch, pull down and kick face.
3. Step back w/left foot, cross block with right and punch left hand (#2 punch).
4. Same as Jodan #4 add backfist with right hand and punch left hand.
5. Step back, Seisan block with left hand, punch with right hand and retract part way.
6. Step in left foot, block with left elbow, punch right #2. .
7. Same as Jodan #7 with #2 block and punch.
8. Same as Jodan #8 with #2 block and punch.
9. Step back, catch punch, step around, hold high over shoulder and elbow strike to back with right.
10. On guard (right foot back), block down with left, chop to side of neck.
11. Same as Jodan #11 with #2 block and elbow smash.
12. Same as Jodan #12 with #2 block and elbow smash.
13. Step back right foot, down block left open, then down block right open, kick right to groin and punch right hand (right away).
