Basic Attacks
The following describe techniques to be practiced with a partner. Begin with the left foot forward.
1. Right cross to belt (must touch)
2. Left jab to face (come close)
3. Right front kick (maegeri) to groin step forward in front stance & use hips
4. Left backfist
5. Left ridge hand
6. Right chop to head or neck (retract as moving in)
7. Left snap kick to groin with side of foot
8. Left roundhouse to head Height adjustment for level
9. Left hook kick to head Height adjustment for level
Next Switch to right foot forward
