| The following describe techniques to be practiced with a partner. Begin with the left foot forward. |
| 1. Right cross to belt (must touch) |
| 2. Left jab to face (come close) |
| 3. Right front kick (maegeri) to groin step forward in front stance & use hips |
| 4. Left backfist |
| 5. Left ridge hand |
| 6. Right chop to head or neck (retract as moving in) |
| 7. Left snap kick to groin with side of foot |
| 8. Left roundhouse to head Height adjustment for level |
| 9. Left hook kick to head Height adjustment for level |
| Next Switch to right foot forward |
