A class for the whole family. This unique class gives families an opportunity
to learn karate together regardless of skill level |
| Karate Make-Up Class |
Make-up class is an opportunity for all skill levels to make-up a class
they might have missed during the week |
| Kick Boxing |
Aerobic class that tones, gives muscle definition and burns fat. It also
teaches basic punching and kicking skills |
| All of our afternoon classes have "Open Enrollment".
